FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composite polymer material of cold hardening, which is intended for express repair of chippings, Hollows, cavities, superficial and deep damages of cement-concrete monolithic and prefabricated coatings of aerodromes, roads, bridges, piers and other special facilities. Polymer composite repair material is described, containing methyl ester of methacrylic acid, quartz sand fraction 0.1-7 mm, microcalcite fraction 0.1-12 mcr, dibutyl ester of phthalic acid, disperbuk, titanium dioxide, hydroquinone, copper, pigment dyes, benzoyl peroxide, in following proportions, pts.wt: methyl ester of methacrylic acid 11.5-33, quartz sand 25.5-76.5, microcalcites 11.5-37.5, dibutyl ester of phthalic acid 0.1-5, disperbuk 0.1-3.5, titanium dioxide 0.1-6, hydroquinone 0.1-5, copper 0.1-3, pigment dyes 0.05-14, benzoyl peroxide 0.5-6.
EFFECT: technical result is possibility to use composite polymer material at negative temperatures, decrease of water absorption and increase of frost resistance.
