FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. Vibration isolator includes housing, base, cylindrical equifrequential spring with combined damper inside, lower and upper spring stroke limiters made of elastomer and threaded bushing. Housing is rigidly coupled with base composed by round center plate rests on lower cylindrical spring stroke limiter. Said spring interacts with top and bottom limiters via bottom support barrel and spring top external cover rigidly jointed with threaded sleeve. Top spring stroke limiter made in form of a cylindrical sleeve is attached on cover. On end surface of cover is fixed elastic dynamic object stroke limiter made of elastomer. In cover there is a hole for viscous material injection in lubrication system, for example, solid oil. In lower stroke limiter axial cylinder-taper hole two additional damping element are located, one of which is made from polyurethane, and the other is in form of mesh element. Combined damper is made in form of two cylindrical bushings, one of which is made of friction material.
EFFECT: improved efficiency in resonant mode of vibration isolation.
