FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to reinforced polyurethane pultrudates and method of their production by pultrusion. Described are reinforced polyurethane pultrudates, which can be obtained by reacting A) mixtures of non-homogenous mixed components a) and b), wherein a) denotes one or more polyether polyols with hydroxyl number from 15 to 50 mg KOH/g based on propylene oxide and b) is a mixture of one or more simple polyester-polyols with hydroxyl number from 150 to 600 mg KOH/g with one or more agents elongation chains and/or cross-linking agents with hydroxyl number from 700 to 1827 mg KOH/g, and B) one or more epoxides with C) organic polyisocyanates, selected from a group comprising 1,4-butilendiisocyanate, 1,5-pentandiisocyanate, 1,6-hexamethylene diisocyanate, isophorone diisocyanate, 2,2,4-and/or 2,4,4-trimetilhexamethylenediisocyanate, isomers of bis (isocyanate-cyclohexyl) methane or mixture thereof with any ratio of isomers, 1,4-cyclohexylene diisocyanate, 1,4-fenileniisocyanate, 2,4-and/or 2,6-toluene diisocyanate, 1,5-naftileniisocyanate, 2,2′-and/or 2,4′-and/or 4,4′-diphenylmethane diisocyanate or higher molecular weight homologues methylendiphenyliisocyanate (polymeric MDI), 1,3-and/or 1,4-bis(2-isocyanatoprop-2-yl)benzol, 1,3-bis-(isocyanatomethyl)benzol, as well as alkyl-2,6-diisocyanatohexanoate (lysindiisocyanate) with 1-6 carbon atoms in alkyl group and a mixture of said compounds, and if necessary, in proportion to modified diisocyanates with uretdione, isocyanurate, urethane, carbodiimide, uretonimine, allophanate, biuret, amide, iminooxadiazinon
and/or oxadiazinontrion structure, as well as non-modified polyisocyanate with more than two NCO-groups per molecule in the presence of D) catalysts, optionally; E) lubricants for separation of products from mould; F) inhibitors, optionally; G) optionally other additives and/or auxiliary components, H) fillers, optionally; I) of elementary fibres of fibrous mats and/or textile tissues as reinforcing materials. Invention also describes use of the reaction mixture produced at interaction of said components and method of producing such reinforced polyurethane pultrudate by pultrusion technique, in which (i) components a) and b) are mixed with each other, (ii) components B), D), E), F), G) and H) are added to the mixture obtained at step (i), (iii) in mixing chamber isocyanate component C) is added to the mixture obtained at step (ii), (iv) reaction mixture obtained at step (iii) is fed to injection box, (v) simultaneously with process stage (iv) reinforcing materials I) are fed through injection box, the materials together with the reaction mixture obtained at step (iii) and staying in the injection box are fed through the chamber where their curing takes place, (vi) composite material consisting of the reaction mixture and reinforcing materials is cured in the chamber, (vii) cured at step (vi) composite material is drawn from the chamber by pulling mechanisms, and (viii) cured composite material is cut into pieces of required length.
EFFECT: technical result is obtaining polyurethane pultrudates with optimal parameters of processing, for example long-term processability, and the optimum properties, for example high glass transition temperature and high module values.
