FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: prepreg comprises a planar fibre layer, which is impregnated with not completely cured polyurethane with NCO content of 8 to 16 wt % and with the value of Tg less than 40°C. This polyurethane is prepared from a reaction mixture consisting of A) one or more di- and / or polyisocyanates from the group consisting of aromatic di- and / or polyisocyanates and their polymer homologues, and mixtures thereof, B) a polyol component of one or more polyols with the average OH number of 30 to 1000 mg KOH / g, the average functionality of 1.9 to 2,5, C) one or more dianhydrohexitol, D) one or more latent catalysts which are catalytically active at the temperatures of 50 to 100°C, and E) if necessary, the auxiliaries and / or additives, with the exception of polyepoxides. And the reaction mixture at 40°C has an initial viscosity of 30 to 500 mPas⋅, and the ratio of the NCO-groups of the component A) and the OH-groups of the component B) is of 1.35: 1 to 10: 1.

EFFECT: prepregs are stable in storage and have a short curing time.
