FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas-flame processing of materials by hydrogen-oxygen mixture. Electrolytic cell comprises a unit of spaced apart electrodes with holes for passage of hydrogen-oxygen mixture and electrolyte. One terminal of power supply is connected to central electrode of unit of electrodes and other is connected to both end electrodes. Above housing with unit of electrodes there is a container with electrolyte reserve. Said container is connected to housing in which there is unit of electrodes, two tubes, one of which extends from below to one end of unit of electrodes, second extends from above to other end.
EFFECT: providing circulation of fluid in closed circuit.
