FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to polymer-polyol compositions based on polyethers, styrene, acrylonitrile and titanium dioxide. Described is a method of producing a polymer-polyol composition through free-radical polymerisation of monomers in a medium of polyether, stabiliser and polymerisation control reagents: chain termination regulator and an initiator, involving loading reagents, their batching and mixing,characterised by that pre-obtained stabiliser used is a product obtained by reacting 90-94 pts.wt of polyol or a mixture of polyols with molecular weight 3,000-6,000 and OH-functionality equal to 3-4, 3-7 pts.wt of isocyanate, 2-3 pts.wt of initiator, 1-2 pts.wt of chain termination regulator, polyether is prepared by mixing with titanium dioxide particles with size of 5-25 nm in amount of 1-2 % of weight of polyether with subsequent dispersion of ultrasonic treatment, then dispersed mixture is heated to temperature of 80-120 °C and in continuous dosing mode, stabiliser, mixture of styrene and acrylonitrile are fed therein for two hours, then at temperature of 80-120 °C for two hours synthesis is performed, then evacuated at temperature of 120 °C, cooled to 60 °C and bottled.

EFFECT: reduced viscosity of finished composition.
