FIELD: test equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to testing equipment, and is intended for creation of cyclic trapezoid loading programs by overpressure at strength tests on resource of the fuselages and other aircraft sealed compartments. During method implementation the working range limits of movements of the low emission control valve gate are set, providing stabilization of pressure on horizontal section of the loading program, and during the pressure stabilization process in the fuselage the position gate is controlled. In case of considerable changes of air losses from the fuselage during resource tests, causing the output of this valve behind the top or the bottom preset limit of movements working range, the high emission inlet valve gate is opened or closed additionally, then the low emission valve gate is automatically returned in its working range of movements and required high accuracy of pressure control is provided, generating maximum loading effect on the tested object.
EFFECT: high accuracy of the fuselage pneumatic loading on horizontal section of the tests program.
