FIELD: test equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to testing equipment and can be used for creation of cyclic loadings by internal air overpressure during the tests on resource of the fuselages and other aircraft sealed compartments. Device includes compressed air source with a stabilizer of pressure, tested fuselage (sealed compartment), air supply and discharge pipelines with high emission valves and a pipeline with low emission control valve for pressure stabilization in the fuselage on horizontal section of the cyclic trapezoidal programs. Valve control system includes a pressure sensor in the fuselage, low emission valve gate movement sensor, pressure regulator with setting devices and switches, command device for control of loading program cycles development sequence and self-tuning circuit, providing return of low emission valve gate in working range of movements by arranging the automatic additional opening and closing of air supply high emission valve at significant changes of leaks from the fuselage in process of resource tests.
EFFECT: technical result consists in accuracy improvement of the fuselage loading (supercharging), increase of the automation level of resource tests process and versatility for the sealed compartments use, significantly differing in both volumes and degree of leakage.
