FIELD: information technology.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a new image forming element, namely element forming hidden electrostatic images, which is able to generate hidden electrostatic image by means of single-step process of charging. Declared group of inventions includes method of hidden electrostatic image formation, electrostatic images generator and image forming device for forming images on the recording medium. Method of hidden electrostatic image formation involves use of the element for electrostatic images formation, additionally containing: base, charge generating layer applied to base, and layer with charge transfer containing charge transferring molecules located on charge generating layer, wherein electrostatic images forming element is light-sensitive, selective light exposure of electrostatic images forming element surface and electrostatic images forming element surface charger, wherein charge is not accumulated by exposed surface of electrostatic images forming element and is accumulates by not exposed surface of electrostatic images forming element.

EFFECT: technical result is a method of hidden electrostatic image forming without need of photo-discharge period limiting speed of image forming device operation, and limiting geometry of image forming device, as well as in ensuring element of electrostatic hidden images forming, which enables to obtain an electrostatic hidden image by regulation of charge accumulation without application of traditional aftercharge photo-discharge, thereby reducing number of steps of method, and eliminating limitations on system operation speed, caused by time of charge carriers transfer after light exposure.
