FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction of power engineering facilities, particularly, to electric lighting of streets and other open areas, equipped with special anti-vandal devices ensuring their protection from illegal advertisement. Anti-vandal support contains a hollow metal post attached by means of a flange connection to embedded support of concrete base; hollow metal post is equipped with functional elements, for example, lamps. Lower part of the post has a hatch with a cover for installation and operation of electronic switching device. Anti-vandal device to protect the post from attaching unauthorized stickers (ads) is arranged on the side surface of the post. This device is made in the form of a casing enclosing the post along its perimeter, and has ledges on the outer side surface that reduce the contact area of a sticker (advertisement) with the surface of the post. Casing is made of two interconnected halves embracing the post along its perimeter, wherein the ledges on the surface of the casing are made in the form of vertical ribs.

EFFECT: casing is formed using a galvanized iron sheet, wherein the outer rounded part of casing ribs rounded rain has a layer of a moisture-repelling substance, for example silicone.
