FIELD: rocketry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices of setting-service surface equipment of space rocket complexes. Setting-service device comprises movable platform with mechanisms of movement, fixing mechanisms and supports for fixation on foundation of launching structure. Platform comprises tower with platforms for maintenance of rocket and two hinged hoisting booms, connected with platform through booms lifting mechanisms. On each hoisting boom there is movable in longitudinal direction relative to boom frame with hook for retaining and lowering on starting structure of transport-mounting trolley with missile. In lower part of each boom there is movable frame with longitudinal guides.

EFFECT: automation of lifting and lowering of rocket.
