VOLTAGE SWITCH WITH OVERCURRENT PROTECTION Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC H03K17/00

Abstract RU 2599190 C2

FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for protection of secondary power supplies of electronic switches from current overloads. Present invention consists in that voltage switch with over-current protection comprises series-connected current sensor, electronic switch, load unit, as well as control transistor, a circuit for negative feedback by current switch and circuit for positive feedback by voltage drop on switch, circuit for positive feedback by voltage drop on switch further includes a delay element, preventing its operation during a preset time interval.

EFFECT: possibility of maintaining normal functioning of load.
