SUBSTANCE: electronic relay comprises electronic key based on MOS transistor, pulse generator, pulse transformer, rectifying diode, current limiting resistor, filtering capacitor, discharge resistor, source of stabilised voltage, load current sensor, operational amplifier, relay element, setter of relay element, integrating link and "latch" made of p-n-p and n-p-n transistors and loading resistor, and also temperature sensor and unit of information, comprising the second pulse transformer, voltage divider, the second current-limiting resistor, n-p-n transistor, the second rectifying diode, the second filtering capacitor, the second discharge resistor, information outputs of relay. Time of electrical surge protection at the moment of load connection is proportional to capacitance of integrating link. Protection actuating threshold may be reset, changing resistance in setter of relay element.

EFFECT: expansion of functional resources of electronic relay.
