SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water drainage systems and can be used for assessing wastewater discharges to the environment. Core: the system includes a water pumping module, a module of control and measuring parameters and a diagnosed parameters analysis module. Water pumping system includes pumps (1, 2) with suction (3, 4) and pressure (5, 6) pipelines, receiver tank (7) with feed pipe (8), shutoff-control device (9) with actuating element (10), control device (11) with communication channel (12). Module of control and measuring parameters includes sensors (13, 14) of the pump supply, sensors (15, 16) of pressure, sensors (18, 19) of water level, meter (17) of power consumption. Herewith water level sensor (18) is installed on feed pipeline (8), and water level sensor (19) is installed in receiver tank (7). All sensors (13-16, 18, 19) and meter (17) of power consumption are equipped with devices (20) of data recording and channels (21) of communication. Diagnosed parameters analysis module includes unit (22) to input geometric characteristics of the receiver tank with communication channel (23), unit (24) of analysis of pumping water from the receiver tank equipped with device (25) for recording data and channel (26) of communication, unit (27) of analysis of water inflow with channels (41, 42) of communication, unit (28) to input volumes of the receiver tank with channel (29) of communication, unit (30) to input hydraulic characteristics of the feed pipeline with channel (31) of communication, unit (32) of probabilistic analysis of water inflow with channel (33) of communication, unit (34) of probabilistic analysis of total pumps supply with channel (35) of communication, unit (36) to input probabilistic and technological parameters of reliability of pumps with channel (37) of communication, unit (38) of probabilistic analysis of storage waste water flow with channel (39) of communication, unit (40) of analysis of volume of wastewaters discharged into the environment.
EFFECT: technical result is upgraded reliability of the system.
