FIELD: sanitary equipment.
SUBSTANCE: intended for pumping wastewater, industrial water and raw sewage not passed through a grate for collecting and pumping a significant amount of wastewater, in all macroclimatic regions on land and at sea, both with moderately cold and tropical maritime climate. The plant for pumping ship sewage, designed for medium-sized river and sea vessels, taking into account cramped conditions of placement, has high reliability with constant monitoring of the continuity of operation due to the presence of upper and working level sensors installed additionally in the receiving tank, associated with pumps, each of which has its own control unit, which ensures continuous and reliable operation of pumps, and all these elements are not only interconnected, but also are under common control by the controller, and, if necessary, can be controlled from the operator's station. The reliability of the proposed plant for pumping ship sewage is also ensured by cyclic flushing of the receiving tank, carried out using a solenoid valve associated with pump control units located in the controller.
EFFECT: creation of a vacuum plant for the collection and pumping of ship sewage, which has high reliability with constant monitoring of the work continuity.
