SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of distributing targeted messages. Receiving computer creates anonymous criteria from ATM, ATM is configured to verify electronic user authentication, wherein created anonymous criteria do not contain any identifiable personal information, cannot be used for user identification and contain year of birth, sex, social class and level of user and location of ATM. Ranking by computer message in a database of messages using criteria best match of anonymised criteria to create ranked list of messages, in which messages are categorised into global message national message, regional messages and local messages. Selecting by computer targeted message from ranked list of messages for each of messages with identical rank is equal to possibility to be selected. Specific message is transmitted to ATM by computer. Displaying through ATM specific message for user.
