FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and is intended for storage and distribution of rolled hay for animals. Collapsible fence (1) of the self-feeder includes vertical rods (2), bottom, supports and coating (15). Elements of the self-feeder are block for their temporary connection to the solid functional object for cattle feeding. Each spatial unit is composed of rigid spatial metal carcass of cylindrical shape with regular arrangement along the perimeter of vertical rods. Vertical rods are rigidly attached outside by horizontal rings (3) with possibility of temporary joint of one spatial unit with similar spatial unit up and/or with other feeder elements.
EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of eating fodder by animals along circular perimeter, as well as possibility of dismantling and movement by rolling thr self-feeder to new location.
