FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method for continuous production of modified elastomeric polymers, comprising steps: (i) providing and polymerisation of at least one conjugated diene monomer, selected from 1,3-butadiene, 2-alkyl-1,3-butadiene, 2-methyl-1,3-butadiene, 2,3-dimethyl-1,3-butadiene, 1,3-pentadiene, 2,4-hexadiene, 1,3-hexadiene, 1,3-heptadiene, 1,3-octadiene, 2-methyl-2,4-pentadiene, cyclopentadiene, 2,4-hexadiene and/or 1,3-cyclooctadiene, and, optionally, one or more aromatic vinyl monomers at temperature of 110 °C or lower in an organic solvent in presence of active initiator and a compound of formula 1, where O in formula 1 is oxygen, groups R1 and R2 in formula 1 each independently represent hydrogen or alkyl group, preferably hydrogen or C1-C4 alkyl group; group R3, R4, R5, R6, R7 and R8, each independently selected from hydrogen or alkyl group, preferably hydrogen or C1-C6 alkyl group; n is an integer from 1, 2, 3 or 4, preferably 1; and where active initiator is an anionic polymerisation initiator, containing an organometallic compound having at least one lithium atom and containing non-polar C1-C20 hydrocarbon group, or mixture thereof, and molar ratio of compound of formula 1 to active initiator varies from 0.15 to 10; to produce a living anionic polymer; and (ii) adding a first amount of compound of formula 2 to living anionic polymer in an amount, so that molar ratio of compound of formula 2 to active initiator ranges from 0.21 or more, where S in formula 2 is a sulphur atom, Si is silicon, O is oxygen; groups R are each independently selected from alkyl, aryl or aralkyl, preferably from C1-C10 alkyl, C7-C17 aralkyl or C6-C16 aryl; groups R′, R″ and R′″ are independently selected from alkyl, aralkyl or aryl, preferably, from C1-C10 alkyl, C6-C16 aryl or C7-C17 aralkyl; A is a divalent hydrocarbyl group, preferably C1-C20 alkylene or C7-C25 aralkylene. Present invention also relates to elastomeric polymers, which can be obtained according to method given above. Present invention relates to a composition containing an elastomeric polymer, a method of producing cross-linked elastomeric polymer, to cross-linked elastomeric polymers obtained using said method, as well as a composition containing cross-linked elastomeric polymer and article containing said composition.

EFFECT: technical result is obtaining an elastomeric polymer using a continuous method with improved process characteristics, such as resistance to wear, sliding and rolling.
