FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: electric plant comprising a pneumatic system of double action, when the working process is performed by load, ensuring the working medium movement from an air chamber, and upon load removing the working process ensures the air movement from atmosphere to the air chamber, contains a working element. The working element comprises the air chamber with air ducts connecting the internal cavity of the air chamber with an external atmosphere. The side walls of the air chamber are made with the possibility of the internal volume change of the chamber cavity due to the wall dimensions decreasing or increasing through the height by load creation or removal, and due to the tension and elasticity of the material. The internal volume of the air chamber is set to an initial position by springs located along the external perimeter of the air chamber. Inside the air ducts a wind engine with an electric generator is installed. Wherein the electric plant is located in the pit, the air chamber bottom rests against the pit bottom, the working surface of the air chamber site is located at the level of the adjacent surface of the pit.
EFFECT: assurance of the continuous operation mode of the electric plant.
