SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for unwinding preferably rolls of sheet materials and can be used in unwinding and cutting or rewinding machines. Device comprises bearing structure, supports made in form of symmetrically arranged guide posts, and coaxial centering taper rollers arranged in guide posts with possibility of convergence at downwards movement along guide posts. Parallelism of aligned centering cone rollers with roll between them when assembly displacement along guide posts of proposed design is provided by fact that guide posts are made in form of connected male and female parts with ledges and slots uniformly arranged in each of them, between which balls of ball mechanism are installed without possibility of their circulation between slots.

EFFECT: used in unwinding and cutting or rewinding machines.
