SUBSTANCE: in wheeled-tracked wheelchair for disabled people, containing side driving wheels with an auxiliary drive, the devices transmitting the rotation from the actuator axis to the driving wheel rim, the wheel rims with external engagement gears, connected by the embracing bus-caterpillar, the mechanism of orientation and fixing the wheel-rims in relation to the chair; the device transmitting the rotation from the actuator axis to the driving wheel rim is designed as a double-lever carrier associated in the upper point with the driving wheel axle and in the lower points bearing the wheel-rollers of internal engagement with the driving wheel rim, the inner wheel-roller is connected by a semiaxis with the chair, the outer wheel-roller is associated by the semi-axis with the lever on which the wheel-rims are mounted, one of which is made coaxial to the wheel-rollers.

EFFECT: expanding the functionality of the wheelchair on common stairways ensuring the simultaneous wheeled and tracked movement.
