FIELD: turbines.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas turbine plants of aircraft and ground application, namely, to compressor supports or turbine structure. Radial flexible and damping support of turbomachine rotor contains a ball bearing, as well as consequently installed on turbomachine rotor trunnion from the side of impellers of turbine machine rotor a labyrinth seal, contact ring interacting with contact graphite sealing and roller bearing, external ring of which is installed in roller bearing housing. At the end of the trunnion of turbomachine rotor thrust ring is installed and rigidly fixed, contacting with the end of roller bearing inner ring . Housings of all said seals are rigidly connected to the support housing via flexible element "squirrel cage" type. Outer ring of ball bearing is installed in the housing of ball bearing, made integral with roller bearing housing to form a common housing of bearings, and the inner ring is fixed on the outer diameter of the auxiliary bushing. Auxiliary bushing is connected with a thrust ring by means of V-shaped mechanisms, hinged and arranged in circle, each of which is formed by two bell cranks connected to each other by means of hinge joint. In the bell cranks' connection point is a weight installed located on the diameter less than diameter of the internal ring of the auxiliary bushing, free ends of bell cranks are connected with auxiliary bushing and thrust ring by means of hinged joints. Common bearing housing is installed in the elastic element "squirrel cage" type, at that, between elastic element and bearings' common housing section located directly under it circular cavity is formed, in which axial spring is installed. Common bearing housing is made with possibility of axial shifting relative to elastic element, limited with one side by the end of contact graphite sealing housing, and with end of elastic element on opposite side. End of elastic element of "squirrel cage" type and mating end surface of bearings' common housing are tapered in relation to the longitudinal axis of the support, where the base of the cone is located on the side of the impellers of turbomachine rotor. Labyrinth seal, contact ring and inner ring roller bearing are fixed in axial direction by means of nut, installed on the thread on trunnion of turbomachine rotor and having contact with the end of inner ring of roller bearing.
EFFECT: invention widens operation range of the turbine machine with low level of vibration.
