FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of beams, in particular rail beam. Method of producing beam (1-1, 2-1, 3-1) includes: connecting in first step of manufacturing beam (1-1, 2-1, 3-1) a middle web plate (1-6, 2-6, 3-6) to bottom flange (1-10, 1-12, 2-10, 2-12, 3-10, 3-12) and top flange (1-10, 1-12, 2-10, 2-12, 3-10, 3-12) to form a jig beam by welding middle web plate at least at one point (1-21, 1-22, 2-21, 2-22, 3-21, 3-22) to bottom flange (1-10, 1-12, 2-10, 2-12, 3-10, 3-12) and at least at one point to top flange (1-10, 1-12, 2-10, 2-12, 3-10, 3-12); connecting in second step of manufacturing beam (1-1, 2-1, 3-1) a first side web plate (1-2, 1-4, 2-2, 2-4, 3-2, 3-4) to a first edge of jig beam and at a distance from first side web plate (1-2, 1-4, 2-2, 2-4, 3-2, 3-4) on opposite, second edge of beam (1-1, 2-1, 3-1) a second side web plate (1-2, 1-4, 2-2, 2-4, 3-2, 3-4) by welding, and both first side web plate (1-2, 1-4, 2-2, 2-4, 3-2, 3-4) and second side web plate (1-2, 1-4, 2-2, 2-4, 3-2, 3-4) at least at one point to bottom flange (1-10, 1-12, 2-10, 2-12, 3-10, 3-12) and top flange (1-10, 1-12, 2-10, 2-12, 3-10, 3-12); measuring energy input into joining point ((1-21, 1-22, 1-23, 1-24, 1-25, 1-26, 2-21, 2-22, 2-23, 2-24, 2-25, 2-26, 3-21, 3-22, 3-23, 3-24, 3-25, 3-26) of parts being connected; and using value obtained during energy measurement to adjust amount of energy input to joining point during connection and after measurement. Also described is a system for production of beam (1-1, 2-1, 3-1).
EFFECT: technical result consists in producing, during an automatic process with precise dimensions, a beam in accordance with technical task, that is finished product, corresponding to production tolerances.
