FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, more specifically to gear transmissions. System for interconnection of two shafts with constant mutual engagement of gears has inlet 1 and outlet 2 shafts. On the outlet shaft there is coaxially fixed wheel 3. On the wheel along the circumference there are axles 4 with the possibility of rotation. On the axles there are gears 5 having toothed engagement with gear 6 fixed on inlet shaft 1. In parallel with gears 5 on axles 4 there are gears 7. In the same plane with gears 7 coaxially with the inlet shaft axis there is braking gear 8 having toothed engagement with gears 7. Inlet shaft affects on the outlet one by braking with braking gear 8 with the help of braking clutches or shoes 9. Gear ratio is determined by the ratio of radii of gears in the system and can be step-down and step-up.
