FIELD: test equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to test equipment, in particular to samples for determination of residual process stresses in parts of type of turbine blades of aircraft engines. Sample 1 consists of elements of trough, back and rounded edges. Sample 1 is V-shaped. Middle part of sample 1 is rod 2 with large curvature t/R > 0.2, where: t is thickness of rod, R is radius formed by rounded edge 3. Concave surface of sample 1 is a part of an opening with radius r=R-t, coaxial with rounded edge 3. Curved rod 2 is coupled with long ends - extenders 4, opened at an angle α. Metrological system includes following parameters: thickness t of curvilinear part, height H, width A in base, angle α of separation of extenders 4. Thickness t of curvilinear part is 3…4 of thickness of captured material with residual stresses.

EFFECT: possibility of determining tangential residual stresses in rounded edge of hollow blade root.
