Pneumatic tracked cross-country vehicle comprises a bearing platform with drive rolls at the ends rolling along the inner surface of a pneumatic shell, an excess pressure source and the rolls driving device. Bearing platform together with the pneumatic shell is placed into a hemispherical canopy having throughout the lower edge a flexible skirt to create excess air pressure under the canopy. In the middle of the bearing platform there are two oppositely rotating flywheels having the possibility of their separate braking for maneuvering.

EFFECT: provided is higher maneuverability while maintaining cross-country capacity.
