A strand, consisting of the longitudinally extended parachutes and attached to the capsule, is strung at the bottom of the rope. The upper free end of the rope is attached to the balloon carrying the longitudinally extended parachutes.
EFFECT: arsenal expansion of the technical means for aeronautical vehicles.
