FIELD: metal processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal sheets intended for production of parts, in particular, parts of vehicles. Method of making an assembly comprising metal sheets joint with glue includes at least the following stages: creation of a steel substrate with two surfaces, each of which is coated with metal by hot dipping in a bath with melt and cooling, herewith each metal coating contains zinc, 0.7-6wt. % of aluminium and 0.1-10wt % of magnesium, then application of an acid solution with pH 1-4 onto the outer surfaces of metal coatings, then application of a glue selected from structural, reinforced, structural or semi-structural, adhesives, sealants or plasters, locally on at least one outer surface of the metal coating, then jointing to the second metal sheet with the glue.
EFFECT: invention ensures production of metal sheets with ZnAlMg coating having improved compatibility with adhesives and limiting the risks of adhesive rupture.
