FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for electromagnetic interference suppression in direct-current power circuits of electronic devices of HF and UHF bands. Proposed multilayer structure consists of at least eleven dielectric layers. On dielectric layers at least five flat plates of capacitors and at least two rectangular spiral inductors are connected in series to each other by means of transient holes, as well as four metallized planes, serving as the second plates of capacitors. Along the perimeter of the layers metallized frames are made, connected to each other and metallized planes by means of transient holes. Frames are separated with gaps from plate of capacitors and inductors. Interconnected metal-coated frames and planes form electromagnetic screen of filter. At the first layer of the structure on two metallized sites at least one surface mounting condenser is located, connected by means of transient holes with filter elements.
EFFECT: high efficiency of electromagnetic interference suppression and electromagnetic shielding of filter in decimeter wavelength range, as well as compatibility of the technology of filter making with the technology of multilayer structure UHF module making.
