FIELD: pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition in the form of water-in-oil emulsion for treating pre-burning conditions or skin burns. Said composition contains at least 60 % of water, from 4 % to 15 % of cetearyloctanoate, from 2 % to 5 % of beeswax, from 0.1 % to 5 % of dexpanthenol, from 2 % to 5 % of polydimethylsiloxane by weight relative to the total composition weight, as well as vegetable oil and other pharmaceutically acceptable excipients. Invention also relates to the use of the said composition and methods of treating pre-burning conditions or skin burns, as well as intensity of pain caused by thermal shock involving application of the said composition onto the skin.
EFFECT: invention provides considerable reduction of time of complete healing a skin burn or a skin section with pre-burning condition.
