SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a combined composition for local treatment of inflammatory proctological diseases in the anorectal region and prevention of chronic hemorrhoids. Combined composition for local treatment of inflammatory proctological diseases in the anorectal region and prevention of chronic hemorrhoids, containing a complex of active substances and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, in which as active substances the complex contains an antimicrobial preparation from the group of fluoroquinolones, derinat, diclofenac sodium, heparin and diosmin, wherein the complex of active substances accounts for 10–50 wt.% of the composition, and the pharmaceutically acceptable carrier makes up to 100 wt.%.
EFFECT: use of the invention enables to create a chemically stable composition having adaptogenic action, which provides effective and fast treatment of inflammatory proctological diseases in the anorectal region and prevention of chronic hemorrhoids for 5–10 days with prevention/prophylaxis of subsequent recurrences of the disease, as well as a long-term effect of treatment.
