FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mixing devices for mixing fluid flows and can be used in different branches of national economy, mainly in chemical, oil and oil processing industries. Hydraulic jet mixer comprises a cylindrical casing with inlet and outlet pipes in which vortex chambers of mixed component and working agent with tangential channels are arranged successively and in the direction of the flow, such vortex chambers being made in the form of solids of revolution, and a damping chamber. Vortex chamber of mixed component is equipped with a flow guide partition that is installed under the tangential channels and represents a cone with its vertex directed to the outlet of the chamber. To enhance the effect of dispersion the vortex chamber of mixed component is made in the form of a paraboloid of revolution, and the vortex chamber of the working agent is made in the form of a truncated ellipsoid of rotation, wherein the tangential channels of the vortex chambers have the identical flow swirling direction.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the intensity of dispersion of interacting components/agents and uniform distribution thereof to produce a homogeneous mixture without additional power consumption.
