FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to loose material unloading system from transport container (4), in particular, container, into silo or other bin. System makes loose material unloading process more simple, more cost-efficient, more effective, requiring less time consumption, wherein excluding the possibility of contaminations and spillages. For this purpose system comprises main frame (2) made with possibility of attachment to transport container (4) subject to unloading. On main frame (2) screw chute (7) is mounted, made with possibility of displacement and fixation along horizontal line, with worm drive (8), as well as sealed dustproof seal (12) between screw chute (7) and transport container (4) discharge opening. Besides, on screw chute (7) provision is made for dispenser (11) for loose material dosing to be supplied, and transportation brackets (14) for fork loaders. Unloading device (1) is connected to transportation container (4) to be unloaded so that dustproof seal (12) is connected in dustproof manner with container insert (14) rear wall or separate single wall flexible unloading device (17).
EFFECT: disclosed is loose material unloading system from transport container.
