FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of industrial explosives. Proposed process comprises preparation of initial components at required ratio, loading into mixer, mixing of said components, unloading and packing of finished product. Note here that said components are batched and loaded into transportation bin and mixed in mixer composed of a cylinder with complex revolution at 5-20 rpm and maximum deflection from horizontal axis in mixing is ±45°. Termination of mixing is set to be executed at preset homogeneity of the mix. Homogeneity of the mix is controlled in mixing to ensure a high quality of finished product.
EFFECT: higher quality, lower power consumption, higher safety and friendly servicing.
