SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to cardiology, and concerns a method for assessing atherogenicity of apolipoprotein of B-containing lipoproteins. Proposed method consists in the fact that in the patients is analyzed subfractional distribution of low density lipoproteins. By original mathematical formula calculating the coefficient, reflecting ratio between atherogenic and physiologically active species. Invention can be used for assessing atherogenicity of apolipoprotein B-containing lipoproteins with the possibility of non-invasive detection of coronary artery injury.

EFFECT: method allows specifying the indications for performing coronarographic study.
