FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiology, and relates to a method for screening diagnosis of coronary atherosclerosis using a non-invasive CA-biomarker. CA-biomarker in the group at risk of developing coronary heart disease is calculated according to the following indicators: gender, thickness of the intima-media complex (IMCT), stiffness index β, cardio-ankle vascular index L-/CAVI1, total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), low density lipoproteins (LDL), the values of which are used by scaling. Wherein if the value of the CA-biomarker, which is the sum of points, is not less than 5 points, a high probability of the presence of coronary atherosclerosis is stated; if the value of the CA-biomarker is less than 5 points, atherosclerosis of the coronary arteries is unlikely.
EFFECT: developed complex CA-biomarker makes it possible to provide personalized care in the early stages of the disease and thereby prevent the risk of development and progression of clinical forms of coronary atherosclerosis
