FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automation of processes at an enterprise and, in particular, to a device for managing intellectual resources of an enterprise. Said technical result is achieved due to that a unit is developed for calculating economic effect, comprising a database, containing patterns for calculation of economic effect of technical proposal and containing information on threshold values of economic effect; a pattern selection unit to select a pattern from database; unit for receiving a set of parameters, configured to receive from a user a set of parameters defined by selected pattern; wherein economic effect calculation unit is configured to calculate economic effect based on input parameters; wherein set of parameters consists of a basic set and an expanded set, and economic effect calculation unit is configured to compare economic effect, calculated from basic set, with a threshold value, and enable input of an expanded set when threshold is exceeded for more accurate calculation of economic effect.
EFFECT: technical result achieved by solution is faster calculation of economic effect of technological applications.
