System comprises a server equipped with software, and at least AWS of author of innovative proposal, AWS responsible for innovative and inventive activity, AWS of expert, AWS responsible for plan of organizational and technical measures for implementation and use of innovative proposal, AWS of innovation management system, interconnected by data network, wherein the server, using the installed software, generates, stores and transmits to said AWS interfaces for processing various steps of the innovation management process – "Application", "Expertise", "Implementation and use", "Financial planning", "Reporting".
EFFECT: automated control and monitoring of innovation.
