SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of controlling power of combined-cycle plants, incorporating gas-turbine plant and steam disposal part, and can be used to increase efficiency of combined-cycle plants at changing operating and external climatic factors. Power control method of combined-cycle plants is carried out by control device by changing of fuel consumption, supplied to combustion chamber of gas turbine plant, and air flow supplied to combustion chamber of gas turbine plant by compressor, at that air flow rate is set proportional to preset power, and exhaust gas flow heat of gas turbine plant at inlet to heat-recovery boiler is maintained by change of fuel consumption, supplied to combustion chamber of gas turbine plant, as constant, preferably at maximum level. At change of operating and climatic factors value of maximum heat level is corrected proportionally to changes in mass air flow.

EFFECT: invention provides higher efficiency of combined-cycle plants at changing operating and external climatic factors by increasing accuracy of air and fuel supply control to combustion chamber of gas turbine plant.
