FIELD: development of low-power steam-and-gas plants. SUBSTANCE: gas turbine of thin plant is high-speed turbine; shaft of this turbine is connected with generator shaft through reduction gear. Initial parameters of working medium (steam) for steam turbine whose shaft has limited rotational speed due limited strength of blades of last stage are retained on the condition of high efficiency of flow section. To this end, surface of steam superheater of waste-heat steam generator is selected on the condition of heating the steam with exhaust gases of turbine to maximum high temperature at transfer of excessive heat to gas turbine cycle for preheating the compressed air. Structurally it is realized through arrangement of heat-exchange element in after- compressor space of single-casing turbo-unit; this heat-exchange element is connected between outlet of steam superheater and inlet of steam turbine.
