FIELD: metal processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming, in particular, to especially thin-walled shelled parts forming and rotary drawing methods. Production of flat sheet blank performed, preliminary cold forging forming of cup type billet in form of cylindrical element, conjugated with curved bottom element. That is followed by rotary drawing of curved bottom element to produce semi-fabricated product with curved bottom element variable thickness and final cold forging of semi-fabricated product to produce cup type blank with curved bottom element inner surface size corresponding to shell dimensions. Then performing curved bottom element outer surface cutting to produce final curved bottom element constant thickness, cylindrical element rotary drawing in two or three operations, intermediate of cutting and heat treatment operations for stress relieving, final hardening thermal treatment and final machining of mounting surfaces.
EFFECT: reduced height of micro-roughnesses on part of spherical ring inner surface.
