FIELD: communication.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to data transmission and can be used in a receiving system, in which data is decoded. Receiving device includes a demodulation unit, configured for demodulation of a modulated signal, used to transmit transmission control information about data, which will be transmitted, wherein modulated signal is an OFDM signal of DVB-C2, transmission control information is information L1 transmitted with a preamble symbol, and data are data transmitted with a data symbol, first decoding unit configured to decode transmission control information obtained by demodulation, which is performed by demodulation unit, information L1 transmitted with preamble symbol is arranged in order to symbol; storage device configured to store data obtained by means of demodulation, which is performed by demodulation unit, wherein storage device stores data obtained when decoding transmission control information; and a second decoding unit configured to decode data, stored in storage device based on decoded transmission control information, using first decoding unit, in which, when first decoding unit finishes decoding transmission control information, first decoding unit sends information L1 and a decoding finish flag to second decoding unit to begin decoding of data, stored in storage device, using transmission control information associated with said data, so that reading of data stored in storage, begins, when decoding information L1 is finished and decoding finish flag is presented.

EFFECT: technical result is shorter time before beginning of decoding data.
