FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly to machine parts, and can be used in pressurized rotaprint lubrication of transmissions gear wheels. For rotaprint gear wheel lubrication initializing gear teeth running-in, with pressing to them by lubricating element in form of pinion with teeth. Pinions with teeth are made out of pressed lubricating material. During running-in gear is subjected to axial oscillating movements relative to wheel, and pinion teeth width is set equal to sum of wheel teeth width and double amplitude of pinion oscillation movements. Pinion is made composite and consists of separate sections, gear rims teeth of which are aligned in plan view. Number of sections is set equal to number of wheel operating modes, and gear rim material of pinion each separate section and amplitude of its oscillation movements relative to wheel is set based on wheel lubrication optimum quality at wheel each separate operating mode, to which corresponds given pinion separate section.
EFFECT: enabling higher quality of gear wheel lubrication.
