SUBSTANCE: invention relates to frameless wiper brush 10 with rubber tape 16. Brush is held by the bearing element in the form of two flat elastic plates which are inserted into two longitudinal slots in the upper part of the rubber band profile and are concave curved on the side of rubber band lug and have tips 34, 82 at each end. At least one of tips fixes rubber tape 16 in longitudinal direction relative to flexible plates with locking device 64 located on its side flap cover 40 and at least one of them has a mounting hole in its side wall facing brush 10 end for assembling and disassembling of rubber band 16. Tips 34, 82 retain elastic plates at the specified distance from each other, locking device is locking projection 64 which in closed or lowered position of the side flap cover 40 enters the corresponding recess in upper part of rubber band profile 16. Mounting hole is closed by end flap cover, which is arranged to turn on support elements interacting with corresponding support elements on tips 34, 82 in the mount hole zone around the axis passing across lengthwise direction of brush 10 and parallel to the plane formed by elastic plates and which is fixed in closed or lowered position locking recesses in its side walls to interact with locking ledges on the frame of the mounting hole.

EFFECT: simple fixation of rubber band is provided.
