FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering, particularly to power dividers. Device comprises an input arm connected through quarter-wave sections of the transmission lines to two output arms. Between the output arms there is a ballast decoupling resistor made in the form of a section of the transmission line with losses. Resistor middle point is connected to a short-circuited loop conductor with the length less than a quarter wavelength of the central frequency of the operating range. Section of the transmission line with losses is made nonuniform in the form of two identical contacting discs. Herewith the width of the discs coupling section is equal to the width of the said short-circuited loop conductor, the width of the coupling sections of the ballast decoupling resistor with the quarter-wave sections of the transmission lines is equal to the width of these sections. Sections of the ballast resistor coupling with the quarter-wave sections of the transmission lines and with the short-circuited loop conductor are located on extension of a straight line connecting centers of the said discs.
EFFECT: improved isolation between arms of the divider and matching at its input and outputs.
