FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: power divider is proposed. It contains an input arm connected via quarter-wave transmission lines to two output arms between which a ballast decoupling resistor is included. The resistor is made in the form of a lossy transmission line link. A short-circuited stub with a length smaller than the quarter-wave length of the working range central frequency is connected to the mid-point of the resistor, while two open-circuit stubs with a length also smaller than the quarter-wave length of the working range central frequency are also introduced into it. The stubs are connected to input contact pads of the ballast decoupling resistor. The decoupling resistor is designed as a link of nonuniform lossy transmission lines in the form of a circle divided in half by a metallic conductive strip with the said short-circuited stub, attached thereto and the width of which is equal to the width of the metallic strip. The input contact pads of the ballast resistor are located symmetrically on both sides of the diameter perpendicular to the metallic strip. An additional short-circuited stub can also be introduced in the power divider. The short-circuited stub has also a length which is less than a quarter-wave length of the operating range center frequency and is connected to its input arm.
EFFECT: improvement of the decoupling between output arms of the power divider and matching in its input and outputs.
