FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction of small-size structures. Flow production assembling frameless sandwich cabins is performed in field conditions. Sandwich cabins is composed of separate monolithic sections made of parts and materials, which are supplied to the construction site in a completed form. When making a section, a coupling frame containing a bulkhead with an opening is first placed on a flat surface. Slots are made on each side of the coupling frame along its perimeter, at least two slots - on each side. Thin layer of epoxy adhesive is applied on these slots and inter-slot space, located on the front side. To create a closed seamless sandwich panel metal plates are introduced in these slots and locked in a ridge part of the coupling frame. Edges of plates are fixed in slots, and the inter-slot space is filled with mastic or sheet urea formaldehyde foam insulation, leaving upper edges unfilled for temporary installation of the forming frame. Then, next and subsequent sections are assembled in the same sequence. Last section is assembled on coupling frame with the bulkhead without an opening. When filling said section, instead of the forming frame, the coupling frame with a partition and constant splinting is being installed into adhesive. After solidification sections are overthrown and transferred onto the forming platform. Adhesive is applied on slots and edges of plates of adjacent sections subjected to connecting, and sections are coupled. Coupling units are fixed by the splinting, and cavities formed between the sandwich panels cores and the coupling frame is filled with an epoxy compound through a hole in the ridge part of the cover. When filling inter-plates space with sheet urea formaldehyde foam insulation a monolithic character of the sandwich panels is provided by epoxy adhesive, applied between joints of sheets of the urea formaldehyde foam insulation, plates of the sandwich panels and their cores and the coupling frame. Sandwich cabins are interconnected by flexible transitions.
EFFECT: invention allows reducing weight of cabins and their cost, increasing their heat insulation and mobility.
