FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction of small-size structures. Method of frameless building of monolithic sandwich-rotunda in field conditions comprises delivery of packaged construction sets in the form of materials and articles on the prepared platform, on which the floor is made from hard coating in a square plan. In the center of the floor there is a rigidly installed hollow support. Radius from the support along circumference, inscribed into the square of the floor, is being laid out with gluing plastic two-board skirting. Four sectors are being marked on the circumference with considering the fact that the door frames, installed in any of the sectors, have an output on floor angles excluded by the circumference. Between the door frames, a wall panel is being built using facing plates of standard thin-sheet steel with protective coating. On end faces and edges of outer and inner facing plates prior to placing them in the slots of the door frames and, simultaneously, in grooves in the skirting boards, glue is being applied. After their docking inter-plate space is being filled with filling material like Penoizol. After installation of window frames, a wall panel is being built up. Coupling strip is being used for longitudinal coupling of facing plates. By means of the coupling method, wall panel is being assembled and its inter-plate space is being filled with material like Penoizol. Prior to coupling of wall plates with two-board ceiling skirting, glue composition is being applied on edges of plates and wall foam core. Same technology and sequence are used when additional building vestibules on floor angles excluded by the circumference and when building partitions inside the object to be built. Ceiling is being laid from the center of the overlapped object using an odd number of facing plates. First, plate with a hole for a diameter of projecting hollow support is being is laid, then, next plates are being connected to both sides by means of a simple roofing lock. In points of their contact with bearing supports they are being fasten by glue composition. Covering is being spilled with material like Penoizol, layer thickness to the center is being increased. After hardening of filling material, the outer plates of the roofing sandwich-panel are being laid in the same sequence. Inter-lock plate connections is being isolated with sealant.

EFFECT: invention improves heat insulation and environmental friendliness of the structure, reduces time and costs for its construction and operation.
