FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry, namely to area under conditions of salt deposits with presence of hydrogen sulphide, namely, to hydrogen sulfide resistant grouting mortars, used for fastening of casing strings, installation of isolating bridges and creation of fluid-proof insulation covers. Grouting mortar includes calcium chloride, barium chloride, magnesium chloride brine, water, mikrodur, superplasticiser C-3, nitrile trimethylene phosphonic acid (NTP), sodium silicate, ethylsilicate-40, surface-active substance (SAS) - sulphanole, in following proportions, WT%: calcium chloride - 5.57-3.97, barium chloride - 10.49-7.46, magnesium chloride brine (density of 1.32 g/cm3) - 12.11-8.62, water - 52.10-37.07, mikrodur - 10.14-36.06, superplasticiser C-3 - 0.51-0.36, NTP - 0.26-0.19, sodium silicate - 5.78-4.11, ethylsilicate-40 - 2.53-1.80, SAS - sulphanole - 0.51-0.36.
EFFECT: technical result is expansion of technological capabilities of grouting mortar and field of use thereof by increasing fluid resistance and durability of grouting stone in contact with water, oil, carbon dioxide under conditions of hydrogen sulphide manifestations.
