FIELD: petroleum and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the petroleum and gas industry, specifically, to the base of a hardened grouting solution used for filling the internal volume of an open and cased wellbore between liquidation plugs, grouting fluid-resistant caps, and screens in the process of liquidation of boreholes. The base of a weighted heat-resistant grouting solution comprises crumbling slag - production waste of ferrochrome with a specific surface of 300 to 400 cm2/g, silica flour with a specific surface of 300 to 350 cm2/g, a weighting agent in the form of galena, an alkaline activator in the form of additive-free grouting portland cement, powdered or ground block sulphur, reagents for adjusting the properties of the grouting solution, including a water yield and sedimentation stability stabiliser, an anti-foaming agent, a heat-resistant plasticiser, a setting time retardant for certain ratios of the components.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the heat resistance, resistance to hydrogen sulphide and sulphate corrosion, and exhibits improved other basic properties ensuring implementation of the purpose of the invention (density of the cement solution, spreadability, water yield, thickening, corrosion depth) at certain abnormal conditions (temperature, pressure).
